Solo un mese prima che il suo nuovo album “Golden” raggiunga i negozi, Kylie Minogue ha deciso di regalare al pubblico il secondo singolo ufficiale dell’album, “Stop Me From Falling“. È il seguito di “Dancing” ed è stato presentato ieri in uno show su BBC Radio 2 e pochi minuti dopo la cantante australiana l’ha rilasciato in tutto il mondo tramite le solite piattaforme di streaming e digitali. Il video musicale potrebbe uscire a breve, già il prossimo lunedì o venerdì.
Stop Me From Falling è un’altra canzone country ottimista, abbastanza simile a Dancing come stile e sound. Non avrei mai pensato di ascoltare un intero album di Kylie Minogue in salsa country, perché Golden si sta rivolgendo proprio in quella direzione. Se sono soddisfatto? Devo dirvi la verità, non sono convinto al 100% riguardo a questa scelta, già due canzoni country mi sembrano tante, ma cambiare fa bene e sarà il mercato discografico a dire se l’etichetta e Kylie avranno avuto ragione oppure no.
