I due gemelli Irlandesi John e Edward Grimes, meglio conosciuti come Jedward, continuano a promuovere il loro attesissimo quarto album in studio “Free Spirit”, previsto per essere rilasciato entro la fine dell’anno.
A seguito della promozione del primo singolo e title track dell’album “Free Spirit”, il duo non ha perso tempi ed ha già pronto il prossimo. Il secondo singolo ufficiale tratto dall’album è il brano “Ferocious”. La canzone è un elaborato delle lettere che i Jedward hanno ricevuto dai loro fan, dove hanno condiviso le difficoltà che stavano vivendo, gli argomenti in questo caso erano il bullismo e l’inganno. Questa canzone è stata scritta per le persone che stanno attraversando dure lotte e grazie a questo testo proveranno a vincerle. “Life is never easy, don’t ever pack it in. Deal with all the highs and lows, don’t let them say you can’t”
Il video musicale è stato girato a Los Angeles e in Arizona e vede i Jedward allontanarsi dal passato per spostarsi in una nuova direzione. Tra i protagonisti c’è la stella di American Pie Tara Reid. La clip verrà pubblicata in esclusiva su VEVO a fine mese.
La canzone è un bellissimo pezzo pop con influenze dalla musica dance. E’ una naturale evoluzione del loro sound elettrizzante apprezzato anche nel loro singolo “Luminous”. Il nuovo singolo inizia con una melodia morbida a base di pianoforte che sale piano piano. “Ferocious” sarà pubblicato su iTunes (UK) il 24 ottobre. Il Video ufficiale è stato rilasciato oggi 31 ottobre ma non si può vedere in Italia.
