Vi presento Not On You, la versione remix di Echame La Culpa
Luis Fonsi ha rilasciato nella giornata di oggi la versione inglese del suo successo latino “Echame La Culpa“. La versione inglese non è intitolata “Put The Blame On Me” ma Not On You.
Questa nuova versione mantiene la voce della cantante pop Demi Lovato e presenta tutti i testi in inglese ad eccezione di un pezzo che viene proposto ancora in spagnolo. La più grande differenza riscontrata in Not On You rispetto a Echame La Culpa è che il primo verso è interamente cantato in inglese da Luis Fonsi.
La versione originale di Not On You e cioè Echame La Culpa funzionava meglio come sound. Il ritornello nella versione spagnola risulta più naturale e si prestava maggiormente alla melodia, mentre la traduzione in lingua inglese sembra troppo forzata. Il ritornello è davvero frenetico: “Non posso. Non su di te, non su di te, non su di te amore mio” … Giudicate voi stessi.
Ricapitolando, Luis Fonsi ha commesso un grave errore nel rilasciare questa versione remix in lingua inglese soltanto oggi. Il motivo è semplice: Not On You avrebbe supportato al meglio Echame La Culpa consentendo al brano di fare meglio rispetto alla 47° posizione raggiunta sulla Billboard Hot 100. Così facendo Luis Fonsi guadagnerà solo qualche soldo extra dagli ascolti in streaming del brano, ma nulla di più. Qui sotto il testo di Not On You.
